Hi,
Today I have a 2016 Jayco Northpoint 5th wheel trailer for sale. As you can see it is in overall good condition. This trailer was parked in a small RV Park that I own and operate. The lady that owned it has since passed and her hiers were out of state and had no interest in it. Since she owed back rent I filed a lien sale on it and obtained clear title. I have paid all back dmv fees and have a clean and clear title/pink slip in hand in order to transfer to a new owner. The trailer is registered thru 4-30-2022 I have the new license plates for it as well.
the model is a 301 RETS. . .there is a floor plan and specs for this trailer online.
Due to this chain of events I have limited personal knowledge of the trailer. I have priced it well below comparable 5th wheels for this reason. I have been in the trailer one time. It did not appear to have any damage, odd smells or roof leaks.The trailer is being sold as-is where is. I believe for the right person this would be a great buy. Contact me with any questions. . . I do not have any keys for it. It is currently unlocked. The trailer is located in Lemon Cove Ca just outside of Visalia zip is 93277. I am happy to work with buyer on pick-up
