Very Very clean. . 2 flat screen LEDs one in bedroom is Smart TV. there is a small tear in the awning. if you wanted to replace the awning I looked on Amazon and it"s between $75 and $150. . I have paperwork to prove that"s seven months ago I paid almost $16,000 for the trailer. . I was going through a divorce and took very good care of it travel trailer. . forgot to mention I bought a brand new 12 volt deep cycle battery for travel trailer. . I tore my rotator cuff and I"m not working right now that"s why I lower the price the way I did
