2016 Heartland Mallard M27 travel trailer. We bought this new in March of 2016. We use it at our local campgrounds and have enjoyed it. We are taking a few years off from camping to pursue other hobbies and activities. The camper is in very good condition as you can see in the photos, non-smokers. We are selling the camper, the weight distribution hitch, friction sway bar, and the utility accessories (water hose, sewer hook up, electric surge protector). We pull this camper with a Ford F-150 truck with no problems on the highway or interstate. MRSP from the dealer was $24,595.00
The title is with a bank and the buyer can have their bank contact my bank to finalize the purchase and issue me a release and the buyer the title. A $250.00 deposit is required to hold the camper until the full payment is finalized, buyer will have 7 days to complete. The deposit will be refunded once payment is completed.
Camper is available to be looked at by appointment. Please ask any and all question prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping/pickup and any sales tax costs if applicable.
The camper is a rear living floor plan, Sleeps 6. I will list most of the features but I would recommend doing a internet search or send me an email me if you want all the features or have questions.

The wiring harness that connects to the truck got pinched during a tight turn but has been repaired and all lights and electronic brake works as required. The trailer breakaway device has a cable wire cut, but will be replaced prior to the sale. One of the window blinds had a string repaired.
No limbs or trees have been in contact with the camper roof or camper, the camper is winterized annually, the battery is trickle charged during the winter, and we thoroughly clean the camper after each outing. This is a nice travel trailer.
