I have a 2016 heartland cyclone toy hauler fifth wheel camper trailer. Model 4150. 45 ft. Condo in the woods. It has a master bedroom with a master bath washer and dryer combo unit 832 inch flatscreen in the bedroom a 55 inch flat screen in the living room with a electric heater fireplace and a leather sectional massaging reclining sofa. Ambient LED lighting throughout, high ceilings, stone looking countertops,stainless steel appliances,full size LG stainless refrigerator. Lots of storage compartments. Has a mount on the outside of the camper for another 55 inch flatscreen for outside entertainment. Has a half bath between the kitchen and garage area. garage is awesome lots of space and plenty of height. Features a 8 x 12 garage space with a lowering queen size bed with rear screen doors rear trailer gate doubles as a ATV or motorcycle ramp and stays up as a deck with fold up railings. Has a 48 gallon auxiliary gasoline tank with an external gas pump for filling up ATVs or motorcycles. Onan cummins 5500 series generator with very low hours. Trailer has three awnings with LED lights. Has electric water heater or propane water heater can work off of either. Also a propane furnace with forced hot air floor heat and three air-conditioners. 50 amp service is required. I used it once in NH and towed my polaris RZR 1000 inside the garage. I bought it as a repossessed trailer and I used it for one season however I do not have the time as much as I’d like. The top of the ladder is bent over a bit and there is a small rip in the roof but easy fix. I think the first people that owned it used it as a mobile office and they must have had motorcycles the trailer does have some wear and tear but presents nicely. Small scuffs here and there.
