2016 Grand Design. We purchased fall of 2019 to stay in while our house was being built. We have two young children and the mid-bunk was great for the kids. We stayed in this over winter and it was very comfortable all winter long. Never a single problem with frozen lines or cold interior temps and Ohio winters can be rough. . . A new maintenance free roof was just installed (very similar to RV Armor system). No more caulking to worry about, adds a lot more durability and a fantastic perk! These roof systems alone cost $6000, check them out. Everything is in great working condition and is ready for the road. Some things to note:-It does have some light damage to the drivers rear. A previous owner must have backed into something. . . It does not affect functionality and is only cosmetic.-The refrigerator door flap is broken (french doors) but I have purchased a new one and am including with the sale. -Ding in the propane door on the passenger side (see pics)-It is missing the original pullout couch in the mid-bunk section. From what I understand these are still available from dealers but it worked out for us not having one. We used the space for a bed.Washer and dryer included.
