Here is everything you need to live on the road! We are selling these as a package deal. Here are the details of each:
2016 Keystone Fuzion 371 Toy Hauler sleeps 8 and has 2 bathrooms. It has the Arctic or "Blizzard Package" which had the highest insulation values in its class. There is ducted heat into the underbelly and storage compartment, ducted heat into garage and has a vented attic. The garage has a ramp that converts to a porch with a fully enclosed gate and fence. There is an awning with lights that extends over the porch. There is a screen wall (new, we never used it) that rolls from the top and snaps into the bottom for bug-free eating or sleeping while the porch is extended. There are 2 Queen Size bunk beds that electrically winds up to the ceiling when moving golf carts or bikes in and out. The bottom bunk folds out to 2 seats that you can use for dinner time with the folding table. 2 tables are included. The bathroom has a toilet, ceiling fan and sink. There is a TV and a/c unit in the garage area. There is a hook up for a RV washer/dryer unit (we never used that). There is an awning with lights over the separate entrance to the garage area. There is a small overhead storage unit under the tv mount and 2 high cabinets.
The main space has a couch with 2 recliners at the ends. The couch has storage space in the arm rests with phone chargers. There is a cubby space that sleeps someone smaller up behind the TV. There is a window and vent up there. This RV has the entertainment package which means there is a Bose radio bar and speakers inside and out of the RV. The electric fireplace blows heat you can set. There is a full size refrigerator and freezer. A gas oven and stove. Double sinks. Lots of cabinet space in the kitchen area high and low. There is a vacuum system. The bathroom has a fold out hamper cabinet. There is a TV in the master bedroom with a double closet, drawer underneath the bed and cabinets along the back wall. The bed is a king size and there are phone chargers by each side.

There is a gas tank outside that allows you to fuel your toys and a hook up for a TV and speakers for the radio inside. We liked this model a lot for our family. There are scrapes and bruises and minor fixes needed - cosmetic stuff. A couple of the blinds need replaced. It is still covered under an extended 5 year warranty.
2013 Ram 3500 Dually - this is a serious work truck. It has a 6.7 Cummins Turbo Diesel, 4x4 with the long bed. It has 186,000 miles. The transmission was replaced after 102,000 miles in 2017. It has the tow/haul package. It is currently in use. The engine light is on - the codes are P00AF, P003A, P0046. This truck has no problem hauling the RV everywhere.
The hitch for the RV is included with the truck.
