We"re a ski/snowboard family and purchased this 5th wheel 3 seasons ago to enjoy with our children before they got to old and wanted nothing to do with us anymore. Mission accomplished.
I"ve put in a lot of time and effort to customize this beast and it will serve its next owner well. These include: Replaced the entire underbelly replacing the thin stock material with 6mm choroplast. Instead of one single sheet like stock there are multiple 4 foot sections reinforced with aluminum cross bars (video here) and backed by pink sheet insulation for even better insulating properties. Also, what"s nice about having multiple sections is if you need to get to a certain underbelly component you can remove 1 section at a time to get to it. All main hot and colder water PEX water piping is wrapped with heat tape bundled via an underbelly power strip and a short extension cord protruding through a cut out in the front belly so it can easily be plugged in for winter camping. (you can see this in the video). All black and gray tanks heat wrapped and wired to a switches in the main control panel for the coach. Brand new 55,000 BTU tankless propane hot water heater. Endless hot water. Brand new ventless washer/dryer hooked up and in master bedroom closet. 2 27" Samsung smart TVs added to the bunkhouse and master bedroom both on articulating mounts. This Sierra model is a bunkhouse with 2 full baths (rare). Master bedroom w/queen up front along with full bath. Middle section is the kitchen (stainless steel appliances), 50" SmartTV w/sound bar, speakers inside and outside controlled by sound bar, leather coach that converts to a queen size sleeper. Bunk house has 3 bunks, 27" flat screen, wardrobe with drawers, and full bath. 2 AC units (2 zone), propane furnace, huge storage tanks (2 black, 2 gray, 1 galley), outdoor awning with LED lighting, outdoor kitchen and grill from 5th slider in front side rear.
I will include all the proper hoses, heated water hose, spring water hose + filter, front stabilizer that goes under the king pin for added stability.
