2016 23IKSS FLAGSTAFF SHAMROCK 25.3" LONG HITCH TO BUMPER X 96" WIDE 5349 LBS , 658 LBS HITCH WEIGHT 2 5/16 hitch ball, included with the leveling hitch assembly I"ve owned this since new. I"ve used it about 7 times. It has all the bells and whistles. . electric jacks , rear camera , solar ready (no panels), ac/dc USB charging station , heated mattresses (I lost the chords), outside shower , holding tank heaters , pressurized holding tank cleanout , outside gas grill (not pictured, I may add later), AC/DC/Propane fridge , Propane/Electric water heater , keyed battery disconnect , power awning (I just replaced the fabric), 2 Fantastic Fans with Roof Wind Protectors , UHF/VHF retractable antenna , rear trailer propane connection, Ducted AC w/wall thermostat , and I have a transferrable warranty with 2 years to go. I"ve never had to use it but it would cover all major electrical system failures including Inverter, slide out motors and AC. I think its a $100 deductable per visit but like i said, I"ve never used it. The trailer will come with all my accessories which include block pads , extra support jacks and a leveling hitch with an anti-sway friction link for the hitch receptacle for your vehicle . I"ve pulled it with a Chevrolet Tahoe and Avalanche, both with a 5.3, which did fine. The tires are in good shape and the brakes work real good. You must have a brake controller on your vehicle to activate the trailer brakes. I have towed without trailer brakes and had no problem but you do need to allow more stopping distance. * *The couch got damaged which I removed and never replaced. I liked the open space better anyway. Lawn chairs and bedrolls. * *The bracket and suction cup for the rear camera monitor is missing. I just prop it up on the dash. Its nice to view while driving . * *I did have a faucet leak on the Island sink. I modified the bar to make easy access to connections. It turned out nice. * *The trailer has its nicks and scratches, its used so know that its not perfect. I have ordered the new Texas Tags. I have gone over everything, everything works, I have all the original documentation, she"s ready to go for the new owner.
Oh. . and I had all lights independently switched. The main switch turns them on but the independent switch at each light determines which ones come on. Good for the early mornings when you want to make coffee but you don"t want to share.
