This is a one owner 2016 purchased new in 2017. The RV is 100% completely working and has no known issues to speak of. There is plenty of time left to enjoy this RV. This is the only model available in the market today that offers a powered bunkhouse in the rear to allow for storage of your camping gear in transit—converts to sleep, three separate people. Other highlights include two entry doors. One enters the main cabin area and one with direct access to the bathroom. This is a great feature to have with the little ones. It also has a king-size bed in the rig"s front and two storage compartments next to the bed. The stabilizer jacks are powered to make for easier setup. I also include all three TV"s. One in the main cabin. One in the master bedroom, and one that can be attached outside.
