I"m selling a barely used 2016 Dutchmen Aerolite Luxury Series 319BHSS. An elderly friend of mine had this permanently setup when it was new in the park where I live and they only came to use it a few months out of the year. This is a great chance to get basically a brand new rig for half the cost of retail. Her husband recently passed away in Colorado and she doesnt want to come back to the desert next year. I have the signed title and keys. It"s still all setup to test everything and learn how to unhook. Everything is included and its even turnkey ready to camp with dishes, silverware, TV, etc. Propane is full. It"s been constantly on a 50amp hookup and the tires still have the new indicators. I just cleaned it and flushed out the grey and black tanks. This is their top of the line model and has every upgrade you could get. Even the toilets are porcelain and not cheap plastic ones. She paid $43,750. I have all the paperwork and owners manuals. Registration is paid through 10/2019. Here"s just a few of the many specs and thank you. Must really see to appreciate.
