Used 2016 Crossroads by Zinger model ZT31SB in very good condition. Sleeps 10 Total.
Features bunkroom that can sleep 4. Two upper bunks, 1 fixed, 1 folds up, with a full size sleeper sofa. TV (32") included in bunkroom. Upright storage with 4 shelves, and storage under the TV as well. Deep pantry for food or other storage. Full bath with small tub, good for small children. Upgraded hand shower nozzle with adjustable spray patterns. Medicine cabinet and under sink storage cabinet. Wire shelves installed over the toilet for additional room for towels or storage. Exterior door access directly to the bathroom. Large U Shaped dinette, 2 long drawer storage under each side of the dinette benches, and the rear bench seat lifts off for additional storage. Table drops down to full size bed, sleeps 2. Standard loveseat that does open like a futon, roomy enough for 2 small children. Storage cabinets over the couch allow for extra storage space. Ample counter space with double sink, plenty of cabinets and drawers above and below, with storage space over the electric/gas camper refrigerator. Samsung TV (32") included on a swivel base faces the living room area, or turns into the master bedroom. Wood look flooring throughout, carpet under table, loveseat and bunkroom sofa. Master bedroom sleeps 2 and features an 8" memory foam mattress, closets on each side of the bed as well as storage cabinets over the head of the bed. Built in night stands with plugs on each side make it easy to plug in electronics or phone chargers. Bed lifts up for under bed storage, which is closed in and not connected to the underbelly storage area. Skylights located in master bedroom, kitchen and bunkroom. Outdoor kitchen includes a tv hookup, sink, refrigerator, and cabinet space. This unit has 2 large slides and an outdoor kitchen with a small refrigerator, sink, cabinets and TV hookup. Full length wood deck, 10" wide is included. It can be taken apart in sections and moved offsite if you choose to move the trailer. * *We are including an additional refrigerator, its a couple years old in excellent condition. This is located on a very large, private, quiet, level, seasonal campsite at Lone Oak Campgrounds, Canaan, CT. Wooded area on one side of the campsite, and a 6" x 60" white vinyl privacy fence with solar cap lights on the other side. Full length deck is installed. We also upgraded the site with an underground electric fence from DogWatch systems, (you will need to purchase collar transmitter from DogWatch - we will provide you with contact information upon final sale), so if you have pets you don"t have to worry about them roaming.
$500 deposit on 2022 Seasonal Site Fee is included.
The title is clean and in our possession.
If you wish to remove the camper/deck from the site, please contact me prior to the close of the auction for additional details. NOTE: Vinyl fence is not removable from the site.
