Vehicle description

Selling this because we decided our growing family needs a 5th wheel (unless this doesn"t sell, in which case we"re happy to keep it!). This has been a great RV for us, and we"ve made many memories with it. We purchased it from a dealer, and we"re the 2nd owners. The original owners used it twice, so it was as if buying new. Things were still in the original packaging, the TV had never been used etc. Having had this for 3 years, we"ve realized how great the layout is. The ability to access the entire coach with the slide in is great. This makes for quick pit-stops that are super easy without putting the slide out. We almost purchased a Coleman model from Camping World, and didn"t consider how short the garage in the Coleman is, which wouldn"t have accommodated our side by side. The fireplace does a good job of heating without having to utilize propane furnace, and provides nice ambiance. This is the "Liberty Edition", so it has the nice fiberglass front cap. I towed it for 2 years with our Toyota Sequoia, and it"s easily towable with a similar large SUV or a 1/2 ton pickup. Dry weight is ~6900lbs and hitch weight is ~900lbs. GVWR is ~9900lbs. The axles are overkill at 5200lbs each, and are easy-lube. Tires were brand new from Discount Tire a few months ago. Brakes AND hubs/drums/bearings are only 1 month old. I went with the nice forward adjusting Lippert brakes. Both sets of brakes have been rewired through the axles due to chafing that was occurring. I upgraded the wiring so it should last much longer than the originals. The coach is in great shape, and we"ve taken good care to keep it clean. It"s always been stored covered, so the roof is in great shape. I put a bunch of high quality RV caulk along all of the seams a few months ago. There is regular wear from use throughout, which I won"t detail entirely. This includes a few interior drawers that no longer lock. This causes them to open while going down the road, and since I haven"t gotten around to fixing them we just store items in front of the 2 drawers when towing. The gas water heater hasn"t worked since we"ve owned it, and I haven"t bothered to fix it. The electric water heater works great. The converter needs to be repaired or replaced. I currently have to plug in a battery charger when it"s parked, otherwise the tow vehicle charges the batteries while driving. I added a 2nd battery for longer boondocking, but I"m not sure how much life the 2 batteries have left. We added a curtain to the rear glass slider, and I added a bike rack to the front of the RV. The rear hitch is NOT included, but I can potentially negotiate that after the sale. It"s a 3,500lbs hitch that I usually use to attach a bike rack to the back, but I"ve also used it to tow our Waverunner a few times. The main weight distributing hitch is also NOT included, but can be negotiated after the sale. It"s a Curt 10,000 lbs hitch and I have both 2.5" and 2" shanks. We love to camp, we"ve taken this to Florida several times, and once out to Yellowstone. This coach is ready to go, and will continue to be used until if and when it"s sold! I"m willing to negotiate delivering it to you or meeting you somewhere.
