Up for sale is a nice 2016 Forest River Cargo Mate 20ft long box 24ft total length 8.5 ft wide 7ft tall enclosed trailer. This was used as a licensed Indiana mobile day spa trailer for the past couple years however due to changing jobs, and having a kid we are going to get out of the business. This is a nice heavy duty trailer with 3,500 pound axles giving it a total capacity of 7,000lbs. It has 3/4in flooring 16 inch center wall studs. It is fully insulated including the floor and fenders with foam insulation it takes nothing to heat and cool it. It has a on demand water heater with a 100 gallon fresh water tank. 50 AMP trailer plug-in with auto power transfer switch for a generator it has all the wiring on the trailer tongue if you want a generator. It has both grey and black water tanks for the sinks, showers, and toilet. LED lights inside and out back up camera is included along with a fold out faux leather couch that pulls out to a queen size bed. It currently has 4 tie downs in the floor if you need to tie anything down or want to use it as a toy hauler/ camper. Comes with an manual awning, fridge, microwave, tv, 13,500 BTU air conditioners roof mount and a 7,000 BTU fender mount AC, spare tire, rear stabilizer jacks, and power cord. This is also a extended height trailer so you have plenty of head room.This would make a great business trailer, toy hauler, or just a camper. The rear door cabinet, and the upright cabinet can be removed very easily. The tires were replaced last year to good quality Goodyear endurance trailer tires. The trailer does have some scratches here and there due to tree limbs and other things that have rubbed against it over the past couple years. We have used this as a camper a few times before it became a business it works great lots of room and easy parking any where. This is a CASH only sale title is clear, and I have it ready to sign over to you. Delivery could be arranged if needed for a extra fee to cover my fuel cost and time. The trailer could use some touch up paint on the trim around the floor and there is a spot where the vinyl flooring is bubbled could be glued down, and it would be fine just haven"t had the time to do it. This trailer was used year around so you can travel anytime of the year and enjoy it. We just used a small 110 volt heater in the winter, and it kept everything very warm.
