It also has dual hydraulic electric jacks, central air and furnace, 2 fresh water tanks for 72 gallons of water, 6 gal. water heater, 6 cu. ft. refrigerator and 2 20# propane bottles. Outside shower and water faucets comes with septic hose, fresh water hose, electric adapter, and outside shower hose. This trailer has never hauled horses so the matting is still in new condition. Has managers, tack room, stud wall, and storage.
