Bathroom with shower. Sleeps 6. Winterization package option. Electric awning with lighting, automatic entrance steps, 13,500 BTU high efficiency AC, 20,000 BTU ducted furnace, 2800 watt Cummins Onan gas generator that we rarely used, tankless water heater, on-demand water pump, fully self-contained, trailer hitch. It is amazing that they could fit all of this into such a compact RV. Drives like a van and parks in a standard parking space. Yet it has all the features and comforts of a much larger motor home.
We are the original owners of this great little RV and only used it to visit family in other states. But our road trips are coming to an end due to our age. This motor home is amazing. We have gotten 19 MPG on flat ground and had plenty of power on the hills. It has never been smoked in and the seats have been covered since the day we brought it home.
