I am selling the 2015 Tuscany Coach and the 2015 Haulmark Stacker Trailer as a pair as the trailer is painted with the same color scheme as the Coach. Both these units are in like new condition, in fact the trailer as never been used. The inside of the Coach has all the conveniences of home. The kitchen has a dishwasher, electric induction cooktop, residential refig. w/in-door water and ice dispenser, stainless microwave convection oven. There is porcelain tile flooring and LED ceiling lighting throughout. The living area has a 60" TV, fireplace, and Toscanna expanding L-shape sofa and euro recliner. There is also a 32" TV above the driver and passenger seats. In the bedroom there is a 32" TV and remote control ceiling fan. The bed has been upgraded to a residential king size Beautyrest pillow top mattress. The Coach has a bath&1/2 floor plan with the master bath and ceder closet in the rear. The washer and dryer are in the closet across from the 1/2 bath. The chassis is a Freightliner XC raised rail chassis upgraded to a 450 HP Cummins engine. It has a Allison MH 3000 6-speed automatic transmission, 2 stage Jacobs engine brake, dual fuel fills, auto leveling jacks w/ touch pad controls. There are 3 - 15,000 BTU low profile A/C units w/heat pumps and a Aqua-hot 400D Coach and water heater system. The Coach is equipped with a Onan RV 10,000w quiet diesel generator with 369 hours, 2000w inverter w/100a charge, pre-wired for solar charge. There is a 3 camera back-up monitor, power mirrors w/heat and integrated side cameras. All the TV"s are connected to a Winegard automatic multi-satellite TV antenna or you can hook up to an external cable TV system when available. In the dash there is a touch-screen, GPS Nav radio w/ Sirius XM/AM/FM/CD/DVD that is Bluetooth capable. Outside the basement there are side-hinged remote locking doors. The basement is heated with fiberglass lined pass-thru storage and 1 rolling tray. All slide-outs have awnings w/metal covers. There is a 40" Sony TV outside, ideal for tailgating. There are electric door and lateral arm electric patio awnings w/LED lights. I just installed a Tyron front tire blow-out protection system and serviced the engine and generator.
