Still under factory 3 year 36,000 mile warranty and all extended warrantees were purchased and are transferrable to new owner. Great motorhome that we used a lot. It never sat for more than a month since we purchased it brand new. This is not a rental unit, and was well taken care of. Everything works as it should and this RV needs nothing. Motorhome has spent its entire life in California, but we have now moved to Colorado and will not be using it like we did in the past so its time to sell.
