We purchased this camper new at Ocean Lakes Camper Sales in September 2015. It was stored at Ocean Lakes Campground until it was brought back up by a professional hauler. The camper has less than 500 miles on it, most of which were incurred while being hauled back.
We only used the camper 6 times since it was purchased. It is in like new condition and we have made numerous upgrades - TVs in both bedrooms and a Samsung Smart TV in the living room, instant (tankless) hot water heater, memory foam mattresses, and covers over the roof vents to name a few. We are including many accessories with the camper as well. It has a residential refrigerator, 50 amp electrical service, outdoor speakers, electric owing, and one large slide out room. The seals on the roof were done in March 2017 and the camper was winterized every year.
Our situation has changed since 2015 and we are not longer able to enjoy the camper as much as we would like. We have decided that giving another family the opportunity to experience the enjoyment we had from using the camper was the best thing for it. The camper was purchased for over $31,000 in 2015 and as you can see our asking price is much less. The asking price is below NADA. Offers are welcome and no reasonable offer will be refused.
