Has large tanks with 104 Gl fresh, 90 Gl Grey and 45 Gl Black. This trailer was nicely optioned and features large living area with Fireplace, large new TV, Dual pane trim less windows , sofa bed and two electric recliners. Trailer has 6 point self leveling system, 2 electric awnings with LED lighting, real wood interior, washer and dryer and much more. Kitchen with large residential refrigerator, pantry, hutch and solid counter-tops. Master suite with walk-around King bed, Its own TV, Large walk in closet. The full bathroom has a spacious shower with glass door and skylight. Please look at over 220 pictures bellow.
The trailer has Texas Salvage Title due to water damage/Biohazard. Trailer does not appear to in a flood or had any water in side. Front under was removed and black/grey drain pipes were cut. Everything was put back together and tested. Trailer was towed from Texas to California and is road worthy, Trailer is now located in Rocklin California. Trailer does not have wet or moldy smell. Everything on the trailer was tested and works. This trailer was over $80,000 when new, have it for less then half of the price. Trailer is sold AS-IS, It is currently not registered.
