| “Wonderful condition!!! Pretty much like new. We own a storage condo so this is stored inside year round at 60 degrees. The micro/convection oven, hot water and shower have never been used. The generator has 1 hour on it as we start it up so it doesn't sit to long. The rear AC has 1/2 hour on it. The toilet has never had more then pee in it. The van is always washed free of bugs and dirt after driving it. We don't live near salt water.” |

We love this layout! Rotate your captains chairs around and enjoy the views from your screened in living room area. Put on a movie, have your dinner or do some work from this wonderful layout. This model allows for you to leave the bed (memory foam) made up as there is the front living space. The 2015 model had some major changes in the wiring and lighting(over 500 ft of wires removed from previous years). The Phantom screen was added to this model in 2015 as well. Both very important features. Water heater, generator, rain sensor fan, electric 13" awning, phantom screen door, electric bed, wet bath, 2 flat screen tv"s and many more features. We bought this New and have always stored it in a tempurature controlled storage condo that we own. It has never been outside for more then 6 days in a row. The generator and AC only have 1 hour on it and we have never used the water heater, shower or micro convection oven. The black tank has never had more then pee in it. We have only put out the awning a few times. This Rv has always been washed after any trip. We have never had to winterize it as it is always stored at least 60 degrees. Talk about babied!
