If you"re not familiar with Nucamp (formerly Little Guy) teardrop (raindrop) trailers, they are made of all aluminum shell, insulated better than a real home and all the wood is solid birch. NOT particle board! This one is special since it"s been custom painted and has a custom tongue with a storage box and bike rack and another hitch receiver to add whatever you want (and whatever will fit). It is also equipped with a table with benches that fold down for a small queen bed, AC, radiant heater, TWO TV"s (12 volt), TWO sinks, a shower, a toilet and a kitchen with two gas burners, a fridge, plenty of storage, Jensen entertainment unit with indoor and outdoor speakers. Three windows all open and have hidden screens, along with a hidden screen for the door. Also has a black and grey tank with fresh water storage and a pump for water pressure for total detached boondocking. I have only used it on a handful of trips, its in great condition and can be examined before bidding if you wish here in Dallas, TX. The title is clean but not in hand (the bank has it since I still owe on it) so it will need to be paid off upon this sale. You can pick it up as long as you pay me and the bank, I can send title (or we may be able to have them send to you directly, I don"t know) once it"s paid in full. ONLY reason I am selling it is because I am single and am buying a house, so need to free up some debt. These sell for almost $30,000 now, so my asking price is very reasonable, especially with the custom stuff. It also comes with the Zamp 200 solar charging kit ($1000 new), a set of roll levelers, locking wheel boot for security, TV antenna, the locking bike rack (detachable inward facing hitch receiver) that can haul two bikes, fresh water hose and wheel stops. She is ready to roll on your next trip!
