We recently moved to a much smaller neighborhood and we have no space to store our Dutch Star so we have to sell our baby! As part of the purchase, we will do a full walkthrough showing you how everything works. This coach retailed for $417k, when originally purchased. The coach is exercised every week when not on a trip and is stored indoors! Non-smoking, no pets. Specs are available, please ask!
Load up your family and enjoy another camping trip in this rare Dutch Star 4313 motor home by Newmar. With triple slides, and one of the slides is a wall slide which gives so much more room, and a bunk area for your kids, you are sure to have plenty of space inside this gorgeous motorhome!
Along the passenger side of the 4313, there is a full wall side which features two movable recliners and a hide-a-leaf dinette with two regular chairs and two folding chairs, and a large pantry. The bunk room is on the slide as well, but there are doors which close off the hallway from the bunk area to add more privacy. Next, to the bunks, the slide continues with a wardrobe, and in the master bedroom a dresser, overhead cabinet, and 32" LED TV are also on the wall slide.
Back in the front of the motorhome the driver and passenger seats swivel around and you will find an overhead cabinet in the cab.
The slide on the roadside features a fixed sofa with a Sony LED TV on a power-lift above the sofa, large kitchen sink, three burner range, refrigerator, and pantry.
In the bathroom, there are actually three entrances into the bathroom from the motorhome. The bathroom has a sink, medicine cabinet, toilet, and shower.
You are sure to get a good nights sleep on the king bed (sleep number) in the master bedroom. Above the bed there is an overhead cabinet which helps to keep your things neat and tidy. There are also nightstands on either side of the bed, and for extra space in the room, you will find that the bed is on a slide. Step up to the wardrobe with sliding mirror doors. On the other side, you will find a washer/dryer.
