Vehicle description

Up for sale is my Montrose Trailer. They can be found by searching Montrose Trailers on the Web. I designed this and had it fabricated to pull behind my former 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. It is 100% aluminum minus the 3.500 lb Dexter torsion axle. The trailer has just over 22,000 miles on it. In the Spring I did a full service on the bearings with AMSOIL #2 grease, as I do twice a year. This was pulled up to Alaska and back. It comes with four matching rims and tires, all with great tread (two on the axle, one mounted spare, one extra spare). The top is removable by disconnecting the pistons and removing two front bolts. It is water resistant and I have never had leaks inside it UNLESS I sprayed a car wash hose directly along the openings. The ramp, bottom and gate were designed to handle my 600 pound tool chest. You can lay 4x8 sheets of plywood inside but they do hang out onto the ramp. Here are the specs. - Made in Michigan in early 2015 - All aluminum construction - Box dimensions: 6" long x 4.5" wide x 3" high - Hitch height is 21" - 3,500 lb Dexter torsion axle - LED lighting all around - 900 lbs empty weight with 180 lbs empty hitch weight - 12 D rings in the floor - Aluminum Mac"s Etrack 24" above floor on each side - 2 matching spare tires and rims - Tailgate has two positions - Ramps store under the trailer - Titled in Wisconsin with tags good through June 2018 I"m the one and original owner. I"m selling it because we want to buy a house. If you are interested in looking at it, please let me know. This is a straight towing trailer, right down to the receiver to axle stinger. Everything is welded, and it is garage kept. The two Rotopax 2gal cans and mount will come with it.
Buyer is responsible for arranging transportation. I will make myself available to meet the shipping company, if that option is used. Depending on distance, a meet & swap can take place and would be agreed upon before the interested party makes payment.
