This 2015 Kodiak 206es Camper is 24 ft in length yet it has the room more like a 30 footer. The 206es can be towed by a smaller pickup or SUV it weighs less than 4,500 lbs. In addition to low weight it is lower in profile than most campers that sleep eight.
Included are 2 queen size beds (one at each end), a large queen size dinette bed, and a jack-knife couch bed. In the kitchen you have a gas stove, oven and a microwave, a sink with hot and cold water. The refrigerator is home style with freezer on top it is gas or electric.For entertainment you have a TV, Blue Ray DVD player, TV antenna is roof mounted. There is an AM/FM Stereo we DVD player. Bath includes a toilet, sink, great storage a tub and shower with shower curtain. All water is hot or cold.
There is a systems monitor metering all levels like fresh water, gas, electric and waist water. Here you will find the control for the slide out room, the electric awning and exterior lights. The furnace has kept us warm on the coldest night and the A/C has done the same on the hottest. We have always been dry and comfortable. Set up is a snap. I am am 72 and I do it myself no problem. We are selling because we don"t use this enough to merit keeping it.
