We have made the move to another great Heartland product and will be getting a toy hauler. This 38RSRST has been a great unit and we love the floorplan. Just looking to get something with a garage. We have made some key UPGRADES on this unit you would normally not see in this price point.

Heartland RV Elkridge 38RSRT Resort Items added: Sailun G Rated Tires w/Aluminum wheels · Used on Big Horn, Montana, Landmark, Cyclone, Ect. · Also Replaced Spare tire with the Sailun · Best Trailer Tires you can buy. Have never had an issue MCD Blackout Roller Shades. · Just installed best upgrade I have done. · My kids now sleep about an hour longer while camping · Over $1,000 invested in these shades alone Toy Lock · 20’ of Steel cable to secure your bikes, grills, chairs, ect. · Installed under fifthwheel hitch for dry cover while in storage 4 TV’s TOTAL INSTALLED AND INCLUDED · 43” TV OUTSDIE KITCHEN. Awesome for watching games. This TV was installed with a pull out bracket so you can increase the viewing angle and the number of people that can see. · 40” TV MAIN LIVING Area. Also on a pull out bracket to adjust viewing · 32” Master Bedroom · 20” Kids Bunk Room Furrion Observation Camera and Monitor · Wireless Camera use while backing up or driving · Great for highway driving and passing · Excellent range and high quality picture Bunk Rails · Installed rails along the bunks to prevent children from rolling off · Made with solid core wood to match (looks stock) · Can easily be removed if you don’t need them Spray Nozzles added to both toilets for easy use and cleanup Exterior and Maintenance I have waxed and polish the entire unit a minimum once per year. This year I had it professionally buffed and polished with a sealant that protects the unit from UV. I applied wax to the painted front cap 2-3 times per year for extra protection. The exterior graphics and paint look like new. All window, roof, and baggage door seals have been professional check and maintained each year. New Deep Cycle Marine battery installed March 2018
