Purchased this Cyclone 4200 HD unit new in June 2014, has been stored inside a climate controlled building when not in use. I have only taken it out 3 times on vacation for 2 weeks each in the 4 years I owned it, last use the wife and I lived in it for a few months on site as out new home was being finished as our old home sold quickly. Non Smokers, typical wear and imperfections on unit inside and out for its age. Only reason for selling Unit is we retired, moved and built home where we vacationed, as such we no longer have a use for the Toyhauler. Title has Lein from Bank of West as when purchased and will be sent immediate upon receipt from BOW, Reserve Price is set $57,500 for amount owed on unit. Thank you for looking.

There is some above average wear on some upholstery of couch and lower fold up bed in garage caused by kittens we were keeping with us. Can email 47 photos showing more unit detail upon request including damaged spots, worst is on garage bed corner only.
Everything works on the unit with the following items noted, main vent fan only work in manual mode (automatic feature stopped), Fan bearing in electric fireplace making noise, Fuel relay or pump to generator stopped working, (Generator only has 51 hours on it) Only ran generator each fall and spring to test and run out old fuel. Unit will come with new King Size Memory foam mattress still in box.
Unit is Located approximately 35 miles North of Knoxville, TN. Buyer is responsible for vehicle pickup and shipping however seller can deliver unit in lower 48 states for a fee of $1.50 per mile if agreed upon, full shipping fee must be paid prior to departure date of unit for delivery if such is arranged with seller.
