For Sale is a 2015 Heartland Cyclone 4000HD Elite, (CLEAN TITLE IN HAND, NO LEIN) this is a fully loaded, well maintained unit located in Jupiter, Florida (Zip Code 33478) and is located roughly 5 minutes from I-95. Owner/Seller is Matt and you can contact me at (903)707-4759. PRIVATE SALE- NO DEALER FEES, NO B.S. FROM THE DEALERS, DO WHAT YOU WANT WHEN IT COMES TO THE TAX $$, I sell trucks, boats, dirt bikes and quads, other RV"s, all kinds of things like this and have never had any issues and don"t plan on starting now, I have Zero intention of "ripping" anyone off, I believe in karma and have a family and kids and wouldn"t want anything to happen to them. The RV world can be a dirty one, we are not those types of people.
We are the original owners of this unit, and we paid over 6 digits (110k before tax) for it when purchased new. We consider ourselves "RV professionals", as we have owned RV"s for 12 years and have dealt with all kinds of issues along the way. This was our first Brand New purchase, and we maintained it with the intent on owning it forever. That changed when we found out we have another kid on the way, and we have no free time anymore, let alone time to spend in the camper.
The specifications on the unit are: -VIN # 5SFCG4333FE293536f -Length- 43.92" -Dry Weight- 13,988 lbs -* Equipped with the latest Winegard Traveler and has full HD Television on 3 TV"s (Winegard Trav"ler for DirecTV HD, works flawlessly, was worth every penny). We are also including the old satellite dish and tri-pod and wires for the heck of it -Cummins Onan Generator with 60 hours on it -FULLY hydraulic 6 point leveling system WITH AutoLevel function, Also living room slide outs are hydraulic, everything functions perfectly as they should -3 AC Units, with additional breaker installed so you can run any 3 AC units whenever you want (Heartland has it wired differently from the factory, cannot run any units because of generator, please watch video for more information) -G rated tires with 90% tread left, entire trailer has just under 5,000 miles on it, the reason I know this is because my truck records the miles when the camper is hooked up -12" of garage space with NO bathroom in the toy hauler (which we preferred and are happy we went with) -3 recliners -TCL Smart TV -King sized bed in master bedroom -HUGE bathtub, and a large Atwood water heater that can easily fill it with extremely hot water, never run out of hot water -Triple slide-outs and triple axle. . when pulling, the unit doesn"t feel nearly as heavy as it looks, -4 door luxury fridge that properly runs of LP and AC power, with ZERO bad smells, we are very picky about maintaining the fridge properly, doesn"t take much to stink them up, this thing smells the same as it did when it left the showroom floor -3 Burner Stove top -Large Oven and Fully sized residential microwave -2 @ 30lb propane tanks -Brand new Marine Deep Cycle battery, that stays hooked up to a trickle charger (The old one was weak, I think the OEM batteries only last for a few years, it just started getting weak a couple of months ago, the new one has a 5 year warranty) -Every factory option that comes on these units are still there and in-tact, some things have never even been used, such as the fuel pump, and the railings for the toy hauler door when used as a porch, we just never put them to use but they are all there, still in brand new condition and work as they should. -Cosmetic damage to the back right side of the unit, it is listed in the video, damage was done and fixed by a dealership, I have had no issues with it leaking or anything, the work was done properly, just doesn"t look 100%, but structurally/mechanically there are no issues with it. There is also a slight tear in the large awning, just from using it or the wind catching it, it doesn"t bother me but needs to be mentioned. -Absolutely NO water leaks ever, I am a stickler about having the roof/ slides re-sealed every year, also all 3 AC units have been serviced and cleaned, the evaporator and condenser fins look brand new, you can open them up and see for yourself! -1 black tank in perfect condition, 2 grey also in perfect condition, valves work as they should, black tank has never seen Toilet paper- please see video for more explanation (we are not wierdo"s! ) -Brand New LED light strips on the awnings, the original ones were in bad shape and I use them all the time, absolute favorite thing at night, I am sure you will love to use them as well!
