Interior condition Nice interior will need new mattress plug the TV in it powers up stereo works AC etc. slide out goes in and out seems to be a little slower on the right side it’s a Lippert in wall slide out system can be recalibrated on the control panel under the slide out Floors nice and solid couch makes into a bed dinette set makes into a bed double rear bunks front queen bed could sleep up to ten Leather couch on the center cushion some stitching starting to come loose big kitchen pantry plenty of storage unit is also has Zamp powered solar set up Dry no signs of any leaks Has been plugged in and tested
Exterior condition Exterior is nice from power jack works fine has power levelers all tires including spare like new Heavily insulated and sealed bottom with heated tanks will be good in cold weather seasons Power awning works perfect Rear leveler is bent will need replaced motor is fine you can buy the leveler at the RV outlet close to us for about $75 slide out trim is scraped can be sanded and repainted black few small marks on the side of camper not super noticeable < see pics> Nice rear gear rack folds down Great for bicycles,scooters,coolers Etc. comes with good deep cycle battery
