For sale is 2015 Grand Design Solitude 369RL fifth wheel trailer. Trailer is great for living. It is 38.9 feet long, with 3 slide outs, GVWR 16,000 and dry weight of 12 ,650 Lb, 54 gl Fresh, 90 gl Grey and 45 gl Black tanks. This trailer was nicely optioned and features electric awnings with LED lighting, 2 ACs, 6 point self leveling, trim less windows. Trailer has large living area with fireplace, large TV area, work desk, two recliners (missing) and two sofa beds ( need reupholstering). Kitchen with Island, large double wide fridge, large pantry and dinning for four. Bedroom with walk around King bed its own TV area, large closet and laundry hook up . The trailer has Texas Non Repairable Title due to being in a fresh water flood. Water level was approximately 6 inches inside the lower main floor. See water level pictures before cleaning. It appears that it was not in the water for long time due to all of the wood is still in very good shape. Under belly was removed inspected, vent ducts, insulation replaced and other electric items that were in the water were replaced such as water pump and converter . Trailer was towed from Texas to California and is road worthy. Trailer is now located in Rocklin California and for sale by a dealer that specializes in branded titles RVs and there is no financing. Everything on the trailer was tested and works. This trailer was over $79,000 when new, have it for a large discount. Trailer is sold AS-IS, It is currently not registered.
