You are bidding on a 2015 Ford E450 26 foot Handicap Transport Bus. The vehicle was acquired by a charity that determined the vehicle was too large for their purposes. The vehicle runs and drives well and is currently in a secure storage during auction. The vehicle has no known cosmetic or mechanical flaws of significance; but is a six year old bus with nearly 180,000 miles.
It has a V10 engine running on Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) with 177,556 miles on odometer (title lists as 178,282 miles - this is an entry error made at NV DMV that was determined not to be cost effective to correct) It has two 12 volt batteries for it"s operations. It is equipped with a powered wheelchair lift and has five bench passenger seats. These can also be folded upright to allow direct securing of wheelchairs to floor mounted cleats. It has an auxiliary AC unit and multiple fire extinguishers. It is equipped with an electrical shutoff switch to preserve batteries during storage.
