Vehicle description
Just in time for the 2018 camping season, this is the completely perfect camper for a young couple or a family with a couple children. This 2015 Flagstaff MAC 206 LTD pop-up camper is in excellent condition, is well-equipped, and is very comfortable.
The front bunk measures 60 x 80 inches, the rear bunk measures 48 x 80 inches, allowing 4 people to sleep comfortably, and one other person (or two small children) can sleep on the 40" x 74" convertible dinette. To make the bunks even more comfortable, memory foam mattress pads have been added under the stock mattresses and clip-on light/fan units can be attached to the roof support bar. The camper measures 14 feet long in the closed position and 20 feet long when open. It weighs only 1500 pounds (empty), with a hitch weight of only 175 pounds, which means it can be towed by just about any car. It has a 13,500 BTU roof-mounted air conditioner, and a 20,000 BTU heater, making it perfect for camping both on hot summer days and cool spring and fall nights.
The Flagstaff MAC line of pop-ups has an extensive list of features that make the campers both livable and durable. It has an 11-gallon fresh water tank, with an on-demand water pump, and a two-way faucet above a stainless steel sink. Privacy curtains seal off the bunk areas and essentially the entire camper opens up to provide amble ventilation through the screens. The camper has a fold-over galley with upper and lower storage and a built-in 3-way refrigerator. A 2-burner stove mounts inside or outside and the 20-pound LP bottle provides an ample supply of propane. A 12-volt battery provides power when not connected to shore power. The camper has a power lift for the roof and electric brakes for sure stopping. A built-in 9-foot awning provides shade and protection from the rain. Although the unit comes stock with only rear stabilizer jacks, a pair of jacks was added to the front to provide additional stability.
I am selling the unit for my son, so it"s being sold as-is and without warranty, but to my knowledge the only things wrong with it are that the automatic stop cable on the roof doesn"t work (meaning one must stop raising the roof when the cable goes tight), and t he heated mattress pads never seem to have worked, but we"re not sure why. One of the awning brackets broke and we redrilled the hole. Everything else, so far as I know, is in top-notch condition. The unit is very clean and very, very well cared for.
I have all of the paperwork and documentation. In addition, at the buy-it-now price I will deliver the unit for free within 200 miles of LaGrange, Georgia, an area that includes essentially all of Georgia and Alabama, south-central Tennessee, and the panhandle of Florida. Outside of that area, you"re on your own to arrange pickup or delivery.
