Inside features gorgeous large living area with Fireplace, TV, sofa bed and recliners. The trailer has Oklahoma Junk Title due to being in a fresh water flood. There was no water inside, water level was approximately 12 inches in to the front lower compartment area. Under belly was removed inspected and new heating ducts installed . Trailer was towed from West Virginia to California and is road worthy. Trailer is now located in Rocklin California and for sale by a dealer that specializes in branded titles RVs and there is no financing. Trailer does not have wet or moldy smell. Everything on the trailer was tested and works. This trailer was over $120,000 when new, have it for a large discount. Trailer is sold AS-IS, It is currently not registered.
