Vehicle description

I am selling my homebuilt teardrop camper, while it is a "homebuilt" it is professionally crafted. I looked over many commercially produced ones before I built mine, and have looked at many since. The difference between handbuilt quality versus manufactured is night and day. You will not find a teardrop that matches this in quality with manufactured unit without double the pricetag.
Steel frame with a dexter 2000lb torsion axle, with electric brakes. 30a 110v service, with a RV service panel that has 110v breakers, and 12v fuses for lights and battery charging.
30a Shore power connector is marine grade, to keep any water out while connected during a rain storm. 110v service inside for charging phones, blowdryer etc. LED lighting inside is 12v so you can load or unload cargo with light even without shore power plugged in.
All the wood is real wood, the walls are 3/4 birch, as are the cabinets, the interior walls are covered with 1/4" T&G walnut. The wood that is under the exterior metal was coated in marine epoxy so any water that could get between the metal and wood will not penetrate or soak into the wood. The tongue box is made from redwood and cedar, it is also coated in marine epoxy.
Size - its a 5x10" box, with a real queen size mattress inside, the trailer tongue to tail is 16"
The Heat ans AC unit is controlled by a panel in the headboard, it cools and heats from one unit. it works fantastic, I have camped in all four seasons comfortably in this trailer.
The exterior is a polished aluminum that has a ceramic clear coat applied at the time the metal was made for this project, this means you do not have to polish this to keep it shiny. Just wash and dry.
Full size spare matches the primary wheels.
Turnsignal and stop lights are 32 ford replicas, as are the fenders.
This trailer turns heads anywhere it goes, it functions as good or better than it looks. I am selling it because over the next couple years I am not going to have time to do much more camping on the weekends. I would rather it be sold to someone who can use it and enjoy it versus it sitting in my garage (it is stored inside when not in use).
If you have any questions let me know.
