This unit has the X-Treme Weather Package with heated tanks and Upgraded Insulation . The dry weight is: 6,731 lbs. and the GVW is 9,996 lbs. This is a nice little setup but not too small it actually has a good sized bathroom, living room and bedroom for the length it is. this is perfect for someone with a 1/2 ton truck. The outside kitchen has a R-vision refrigerator, sink with sink cover, drawers, cabinets and inside light. it has a power awning with led light, outside power outlets, spot for an outside TV, spare wheel and cover and outside speakers. The interior has tile pattern vinyl flooring, slide out dinette area with drop table and leather trim seats matching the valances. The table drops down to sleep 2 people if needed. The kitchen has a corian countertop with sink and sink covers, simulated backsplash, microwave, Norcold refrigerator, 3 burner stove/oven. it has a skylight with shjade, ceiling speakers, stereo with cd dvd and flat screen TV. There is a spot for a chair or 2 if you want to put them in and it has tie down straps in the living room but no chairs. The bathroom has a full door with neo-angle dual door shower with skylight, roof vent/fan, vanity with cabinet and sink and left side storage compartments. The bedroom is up stairs at the front of the trailer and has tan carpet. There is no mattress for the bed. The bedroom has a sliding solid door, storage under the bed, mirror closet doors, roof vent and curtains. This is perfect for a couple or small family, easy to tow with the short length and nice condition inside and out with only average wear and use from the past few years.
