This camper is 31 ft. long and has an empty weight of 5,820lbs. Outside has aluminum wheels, electric jack and electric awning. Outside shower and small outside sink area and fridge. (Awsome for cooking out). Inside has master bedroom up front. Dining area has center island sink , hida-bed couch. Am-Fm sterio system and flat screen tv that spins around to watch in bedroom. Rear area has 2 bunks and bath with toilet, tub and shower. Every thing works just as it should. No odars, water spots or problems to mention. Beautiful camper as close to new as you can get.
