Also includes happy jack electric rear bed that drops from garage ceiling. Also had dining benches and table that convert to another bed in garage. U nit feels very roomy with tall ceilings and rear sliding glass door with screens that opens to the garage. The "garage" area is heated and cooled with ducted heat and air, e track in floor, 10ft rear garage with tie downs, rear deck, full zipped garage screen door on garage. Rear spot lights. Unit can carry 3000lbs of cargo! Camper is in great shape. Waxed and covered. I will also include top of the the line waterproof cover and heavy duty hitch with sway bars with a sway stabilizer .
