It has sat in a campground or in my yard since we bought it new in June "14, we have only actually pulled it once. It"s been winterized each year. It"s registered at 33.5" long, weighs 6400 pounds empty, and has one slide out in the living area. It has private bed rooms at the front and rear. The front has a queen size bed, the rear has three bunks and cushions that make a bed on the floor. The u-shaped dinette folds down into a bed, and the couch pulls out to make a bed also. Everything was tested and confirmed working by a tech at PKB RVs, except for the blower fan on the a.c. It has a bearing going out in the motor but was quoted about $200 to fix.
