No reserve. We bought this motor home new on Dec 13 2014. Nobody else been in this motor home. Non-smoker. No pets. All bugs normal to new motor homes been worked out. Ready to go camping. Includes 30amp extension cord, water hose with pressure regulator, and sewer hose. Will walk the buyer through every aspect of the Coachmen and the Mercedes Benz 3500 chassis that I have experienced. Very easy to drive and short enough to park most anywhere. Only modifications I have done is put up a certain and removed the door to the bathroom. Also removed the rear ladder. Very low weight limit on the ladder. For looks mainly. No longer have the ladder. Still have the door to the bathroom. Also have a hood bra for the motor home and a memory form mattress. This is a stock Prism with the three televisions, two stereos (not including the on the chassis), one generator, one refrigerator, one water heater, gas cabin heater, air conditioner, one slide out, one shower.
