Exterior Condition Notes: Excellent condition- kept indoors for last couple of years. Maintained and cared for. There is a very small dent on driver side bottom rock panel that we did not try to have fixed as it is minor but is the only exterior blemish to report.
Interior Layout / Sleeping Areas: Rear Twin Beds, Fold down Dinette, Front Sofa Pulls out to bed
Interior Condition Description: Excellent - Rear twin beds - upgraded nightstand top and upgraded front dinette top. All leather cushions in good condition- zero tears or rips or stains. All well cared for and kept clean.
Sub Floor and Floor Coverings: Sub Floor Excellent. Surface flooring in good shape - there are a couple of small knicks in linoleum in the rear bedroom but overall clean and in good condition.
Appliances - Whats included and operating condition?: All original appliances in good working order.
Plumbing System and Condition including Hot Water Heater: All original in good working order
Bathroom Layout and Condition - - Wet Bath? Bath Tub? Shower?: Center Bath with full shower across the hall
