All awnings are clean and in good condition.
No pets. Non smokers. Plant based eaters with no meat, fish or fried foods eaten so no food smells in trailer.
Needs new travel hook for patio awning.
Needs new round duct vent over kitchen sink. Fell out and broke.

Interior Layout / Sleeping Areas: Rear Queen Bed - Sleeps 2 in current configuration - front sofa removed.
Interior Condition Description: Front couch removed and replaced with two Thomas Payne recliners. Extended butcher block counter top from sink to front wall with storage shelf underneath and easy access to hot water tank. Beech wood with rubbed natural Swedish oil finish used. Dinette removed and replaced with butcher block counter top to window height with seating access or rolling bin storage underneath. Small storage area under TV. All remodeling work was done by a master carpenter to our specifications. All cabinets and hinges are in excellent condition and working order.
Sub Floor and Floor Coverings: All good - All screw holes from removal of dinette etc were filled. Original Lino in excellent condition.
Appliances - Whats included and operating condition?: All in good working order. Sharp convection oven/microwave in excellent condition. Rarely used.
Plumbing System and Condition including Hot Water Heater: All good and in working order. Hot water heater mixing valve just replaced January 2021.
Bathroom Layout and Condition - - Wet Bath? Bath Tub? Shower?: Center Bathroom with separate shower across the hall.
