Payment to be split between Bank of the West and seller via wire or cashier"s check (certified from US or Canadian bank). Samsung LED HD HD 22” TV with directional antenna for cable and satellite hook-up. Clarion M502 Bluetooth USB/MP3/WMA digital media receiver (includes radio). Samsung Blu-ray CD/DVD player. Awesome speakers in front and rear of trailer x 4. Dinette fabric upholstery matches light-colored wood cabinetry. The exact shade is a luxurious“Cashew Ultraleather with Mica”. The light-colored interior design, as well as all the large windows, makes the trailer very bright and sunny and open. Ocean Air Skyshade blackout roller blinds allow for 100% privacy. Dinette curtains also allow for 100% privacy. Sleeps 4 perfectly comfortably, and more if you have small friends or young children. Mattress is 4-star comfy; I can personally attest that a 6’4” man will have a perfect night’s sleep. Dinette table breaks down into an exceptionally comfortable large bed, which sleeps 2 adults or 4 tiny children, lol. Dometic A/C is very cold. Heating includes h eat pump and furnace heating. Shower stall inclu seating bench and is shockingly large enough to shower without feeling cramped. Shower faucet has very good water pressure. Stall has private screen door (this is not a wet bath). Fan vent in bathroom ceiling. Thetford porcelain toilet with foot pedal has a quiet, strong flush, and always retains water, like your toilet at home. Lav has mirror which hides a vanity (2-shelf and 2-door vanity). Cabinets located above vanity and below sink. Lighting is LED throughout trailer (with exception above sink and stove), two external lights, bright dimmer ceiling lights for kitchen/dinette area and bedroom area, respectively. Separate lighting for lav and toilet/shower areas, respectively. High and low lighting fixture above sink, and range has a light also. Powerful, small, directional spotlights on his/her sides of bed ceiling, same style on port/starboard dinette ceiling. Dometic 4.0 cu.ft. fridge/freezer is wonderfully large and can fit an insane amount of food inside. Sharp convection microwave in which I have cooked a turkey, meatloaf, pie, cookies. Stovetop has 3 propane burners, covered with an attached metal lid when not in use, with a range hood that has a light and a fan. Custom butcher block designed to sit on top of stovetop and perfectly matches cabinetry. Cupboards and storage are everywhere ! e.g., large storage above both sides of master bed and below bed; below fridge; above stovetop and sink; above and below dinette; and on entry side of fridge cabinetry. There is also a good size storage accessed from outside on rear section of airstream (which butts the master bed frame), and a storage section attached to bumper that extends from port to starboard sides of trailer. Outside: Zip-Dee retractable awning (manual), fresh water shower and tank, black and grey tanks with separate lines in/out for black tank flushing, storage for tank disposal equipment, covered double propane tank (2) located beside tongue. (I"ll throw in the tanks, lol) PS . . There is also a “pleated fabric folding door” that is located between lav and closet. It extends across and clicks into the wood paneling between fridge and bed; there is a wooden flap that lifts up allowing for 100% privacy between bedroom and kitchen/dinette spaces. (Though, I suppose if your guest who is sleeping on dinette bed needs the restroom, he/she must open the folding door, so not much privacy then, lol. Folding door is full-size, starts a few inches off the floor and height is approx. 1’ below ceiling, allowing 100% air conditioning flow between both rooms. Forgot to snap a photo of it when extended but will do so asap. PPS . . The photo of the black leather dinette broken down into a bed is a stock photo and will be updated asap (but at least you can get a visual of what it looks like :)
