2015 Cougar High Country By Keystone, 32 ft with polar Plus package, Large fridge, Large shower, Island Kitchen, non smoker no pets, 2 a/c units, electric awning, automatic leveling front & rear, slide out storage in back bumper for bikes, scooters etc, see pics, has been stored under cover The paint & stripes are perfect no peeling or fading, The Interior is very nice as well,
It has had an Insurance claim paid on it A mouse chewed hole in low pressure water line see pic, No water got inside the camper, It leaked in the plastic liner in the bottom of trailer & touched the floor from underneath, I had to replace A very small portion of the floor @ 10 inches by 15 inches, & replaced All the low pressure water line, All systems have been serviced & checked out everything works.
The sofa & recliner was kept by the previous owner, I have ordered A large sofa & matching recliner they will be in the camper by the time the auction is over, See the last picture is of the Sofa, Its Tan with chocolate brown trim, Very nice & Brand new with large matching recliner, come with RV
Its ready to go camping, Inspections are welcomed The insurance had it valued at $29,971 but having an Insurance labelled title, just makes it affordable, its no reserve
