This camper was purchased from our dealer, Greeneway RV, in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. The first owners of this trailer had siding and window damage due to a fire from a trailer next to this one in a trailer park the first year they owned it in 2014. Their insurance company decided to total loss the camper. The back of the camper siding and windows warped due to the heat from fire from the trailer behind it , which were totally replaced by Greeneway RV. There was no smoke damage to this camper since it did not catch fire. I personally viewed this trailer when it came into Greeneway RV and saw the condition of the trailer before it was touched, so I knew that I would not have future issues with the camper. The sales staff at Greeneway had buyers lined up and begging to purchase it but we had the first right of refusal. Greenaway replaced the back siding and windows and some other items. We LOVE this camper and it has been wonderful for us and our family. We are the second owners. We decided to build a home on our properties we own this year, so that is the only reason we are selling it. New this camper was $42,000. This trailer used now is valued at over $26,000.00. This camper is approximately 42" long and has two front slide outs and one slide out in the bedroom. The couch is a pull out sleeper and we have had up to two blow up mattresses when we have had addition company. This trailer has a salvaged title. We were able to get insurance on this trailer.
