We bought this 5th wheel hoping to use it as a dorm room for our son. There were no parks near the campus that we felt safe enough to put him in. In our spare time we are visiting him and just don"t use it; our loss is your gain! It is very nice and has been kept covered. The recliners have some peeling from age not wear, and there is a small spot in the vinyl in the kitchen where the slide out rubbed. We have hauled it less maybe 8 times.
