One owner. I bought this RV new from Camping World. We are selling because we want a bigger one. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this RV. I change oil & filter every spring with Full Synthetic oil. I clean it before each trip and after each trip, along with sanitizing the fresh water tanks and lines.
