I"d like to say this is an excellent trailer, but there a few things that aren"t. Thus, I"d say it"s in great condition. Some stickers are peeling and a few exterior items show signs of weather, but everything works. Inside everything is in like new condition. We"ve used it about a dozen times since purchasing new. We just don"t take it out much, so it"s time to pass it on to someone that will. Title in hand. NADA shows it to be valued around $8k.
Propane heater, fridge w/small icebox, microwave, bathtub/shower combo, toilet and covered awning all fully functional. We"re located in Palm Springs, CA area and can show locally. Local pickup only, but if you"re not far we could work out a delivery/exchange. We do have this listed on other sites so the listing could be cancelled early. We"re hoping to get at least $6500 for it. Listing at no reserve with a low starting price.
It"s truly a great trailer and easy to maneuver around tight areas. We thought we would have used it more, but just don"t seem to find the time. All tires, including spare, have plenty of life left on them. We"ll be including a lot of the accessories as well. (Water hoses, discharge hoses, wheel stops, propane tank, etc.)
