This RV has had all required maintenance and has been stored indoors when not in use. It is smoke free and pet free. This RV has been the best we have ever had (we"ve had 4). All the bugs have been worked out with the records to prove it. Tiitle in hand. Never planned on selling this absolutely stunning coach. We will buy another Newmar, the brand is that great. We have had a , Winnebago, and a Thor in the past. Being 36" it is easy to park and manuver, never had a problem in any parks, towed a Buick Enclave with ease.
