Vehicle description

Where do I begin? Inthese uncertain times it is still important to get the family away from selfimposed isolation and do something FUN! Here is something that will guarantee that will happen. Almost new T@B Little Guy, also marketed as nuCamp, PleasantValley etc. This incredible trailer is ago anywhere, self sustaining house on wheels. The pictures show how well it has been kept and maintained. Crafted by tradesmen who valued quality overquantity. If you have ever looked at oneof these trailers you know I am not exaggerating. I believe the cabinetry is solid birch. Additionally, we installed slip covers overthe original cloth seating to preserve them. You can see some photos have the slipcovers on and some where theoriginal fabric is visible. When not in use our Little Guy comfortably sits in a threecar garage. The first requirement, before we purchased this trailer, was the ability to fit in the garage and stillpark our vehicles in there as well. Welooked at R-pods, Scamps and Casitas, but if they had a topside air conditionerthey were too tall to fit through the garage door, but this T@B fit the billperfectly. It sits on car dollies at theback of the garage, so we can easily move it around if necessary. The second requirement was the ability to tow it with our2010 Ford Fusion, which could only accommodate a Class 1 hitch. That means a maximum of 2,000 pounds, andonce again the T@B hit that mark. Comingin at @ 1,600 pounds total empty/dry, with about 270 lbs tongue weight, it wasthe perfect candidate. That being thecase, you can tow this beauty with almost any car on the road today. How many other trailers can claim that andstill offer all the comforts of home once you get to your destination? Purchased from an USAF Colonel down in San Antonio, it hasalways been undercover, which the exterior fit and finish will attest to. It has been lightly used by my family overthe last three plus years. We enjoyowning it, and found it exceptional living for a two month stint while I wentthrough some refresher flight training and stayed at the RV park at NASPensacola, Florida. The trailer comfortably sleeps two adults on a bed that foldsdown to a queen size plus bed. Interiorspace is about 7’ by 10’, but most of that is covered by the dinetteseating. There is a considerable amountof storage space under the seats and that is where you will find the full sizetire. When the bed is folded down andthe dinette table is lowered the bed occupies almost all the floor space, leaving enough room to use the interior bathroom or work in the kitchenarea. The bathroom has never been usedby either of the owners! One of thephotos depicts my makeshift PVC hanger support we built so we could use thebathroom as a closet instead of for its intended purpose. I don’t recall the specifics but I believethe black and gray water reservoirs are 10 and 7 gallons respectively. Included are drainage hoses to empty thetanks, however if you are at a campsite with sewer, you can simply leave ithooked up so your gray water drains as it is produced There is a five gallon potable watercontainer under the sink, just below the hot water heater. As an added bonus there is a Pahaque side tent. It really makes camping enjoyable as we keptour hot plate, toaster oven, bikes and chairs outside under cover. We also used a large cooler to keep anythingthat was too big for the fridge. The side tent is in great condition andinstalls in about ten minutes. It keepsthe rain off the side of the trailer so you can enter and exit without gettingrainwater or run off dumped on your head. The tent basically doubles your living space and allows the trailer tobe used for sleeping, watching TV, or just hanging out in the comfort of an airconditioned space should you so desire. The refrigerator operates off of campsite electricity, the deep cyclebattery that is recharged by your car battery, or, if you are into theboondocking mode, it runs off the propane. The furnace also operates off of propane, although we typically used asmall space heater and kept the propane for cooking on the two burner stovetop. This is a very tidy package and if you want to buy one newyou are looking at $25K plus. Thisparticular trailer will cost you much less. It is also a great attention getter. Almost everywhere you go people want to look at it and check out theinterior. I lost count of the number ofguided tours we offered to our RV park neighbors. I think they were amazed at everything thatwas in there and a little jealous that they had to drive around in their big, lumbering trucks and buses. Happy to answer all questions, the reserve is very modest, soplease jump in and make this trailer your own. Additional photos available on request. Clear title on hand.
