This has been kept inside since new. It is cleaner than when I bought it new. It shines like new. I paid $92,000 with all of the upgrades and you won’t find one as new looking as this one. It has zero fading on any part of the exterior. Never damaged by water (Meaning water leaks in through slide outs sinks or roof. that means no mold here ) Upgrade Sag free slide out covers with aero dynamic covers. Upgrade Wade RV window shades which includes two shades for each window one lets light in the other is black out. both have the auto retract. Upgrade 3 air conditioners the main air conditioner is a heat pump which heats the whole trailer even when outside temperatures are 34 degrees Fahrenheit and higher. Upgrade electric powered rear porch awning Upgrade 3 of the biggest TV screens Upgrade Whole RV vacuum system Upgrade 6 ram hydraulic lift and automatic level system. (This is an amazing system one button pushed to level the trailer) Upgrade double size refrigerator Upgrade carpet on garage floor Upgrade 5,500 Onan Generator with wireless remote and 30 gallon fuel tank. the generator has 128.6 hours on it. it runs smooth and quite. Upgrade 30 gallon toys fuel station so 60 gallons total between this tank and the 30 gallon generator . Upgrade rear porch with railings Heat pump built into center air-conditioner heats the whole trailer in temperatures down to 34 degrees Fahrenheit. This has been awesome to have and travel with. The first picture shows when we traveled to the Saint Louis Arch. The next photos show where I store the trailer inside of our garage on our farm with other toys (boats and ATVs ect.) We loved being able to take everything with us on trips. Getting out for fuel getting a snack and using your own bathroom is so nice. We’re selling because we will have no time to travel for a few years (I have expanded our cattle operation). By then I will want a new one. This one is in great shape. At the dealer I had $12,000.00 of upgrades installed before we picked it up. The slide top covers are the best. They keep rain water completely out. I also had the wireless control installed for the generator. I would turn the generator on before we got to our destination. The air conditioner or heat would run and made it nice to get to sleep in comfort. The gen remote also has the ability to turn itself on to keep batteries charged and also keep refrigerator and a/c at the temp you set it for.
