2014 Keystone Cougar 327RES. 5th wheel. This Keystone Cougar features 3 slide outs each with a awning. Plus one big awning for shade. This has always been a smoke free pet free Rv. Has never been in a accident or had any water damage.Kitchen features stove ,oven,microwave fridge /freezer Kitchen table has 4 chairs only two in picture other two in basement never used. They just take up unnecessary space. Rv is 36 foot Living room furniture is leather /vinyl type covering. In great shape. A chocolate brown color looks great no tears or rips Bed has a two year old queen size regular house mattress. Rv has only been used 3 times once in Tampa for 2 months the next time in Yuma for 3months and then 4 1/2 months in Yuma this last winter. Rv has about 11,000. miles on it I had a flat the day I left home last year and put two new Goodyear Endurance St245/80R16. Load range E. Only because or age. I will have the other two installed before it is delivered or ready for my next trip to Yuma The old tires look good but just old age when you running 70 to 75 miles an hour keeping up with traffic I want to feel safe Every thing on this RV works as good as new, just like you would want it too. I also have a 2015 GMC 3500 diesel crew cab pickup with 5th wheel slider hitch with 25,750 miles as I type this it is still under warranty a 7 year 70000 mile coverage When towing you never know it’s pulling anything you can run with the best of them until wife needs a pit stop or fuel fill up. Back seat has only been sat in once rear is used mostly for storage It like the Rv has always been smoke free. pet free Truck has always been garage kept has never been in a accident It has been used very sparingly and well kept and maintained I doubt that you will find a nicer one anywhere.
